CityReach Terms of Service

1. Introduction CityReach provides products (“Content”) for its users (“User(s)”) to build bridges to the unchurched.
2. User Representations Users must be at least 18 years old (or 13+ with parental consent). Users agree not to share login credentials and accept responsibility for account activity.
3. Proprietary Rights and Copyrights CityReach owns the intellectual property on the Sites. Users must respect these rights and notify CityReach if they suspect any infringement.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability CityReach makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free experiences, or content accuracy. CityReach’s liability is limited to five (5) times the purchase value.
5. Indemnification Users agree to hold CityReach harmless for any issues arising from their use of the Sites.
